For one, they charge a 4% fee for credit card processing, which was not disclosed before I paid. Maybe there are signs, I don't know.
This place has the potential of being an excellent restaurant. However, the overall meal was cold. My food should not have been cold. There were only two families in the hole place. Wait staff was awesome... Will not return...

The food was really good and would easily earn 4 stars. However it is the customer service that earned a total of 5 stars! We ordered the southwestern egg rolls, bacon cheeseburgers and buffalo chicken sandwich. The egg rolls were a little cold in the middle when they arrived at the table. We told our waitress. She immediately apologized and asked if we wanted a new batch. We were not upset, but told the waitress no thank you since we knew our food would be out soon. Within a few minutes, Darlene, the service manager, shows up with a new batch of egg rolls anyway. She informed us how important customer service is to Luther’s and want to ensure we got more egg rolls on the house. We were pleasantly surprised!!! Great customer service is hard to come by these days. Both our waitress and Darlene are at the top. The combination of good food AND wonderful customer service has made Luther’s a place we will continue to come back to.
But the real problem here, is at the bottom of the check, it literally said the servers are "volunteers", who are only paid by tips.

Waitress was spot on with friendliness and service, clean tables and plates/utensils, absolutely delectable banana pudding, and the sauteed mushrooms were awesome. This is our new favorite place to go!
For a place that wants to seem classy, and charge $9 for a sandwich, that's pathetic.
