Some workers are very nice, but I've had problems with the same lady continually, (I'll post who she is if I return) she's rude and always seems like I'm wasting her time and she's too good for my questions, claimed she couldn't tape my shipping label down because it was too small, pushed my package at me and called the next guy up before I could move or ask any questions, I go to the Winston office and get it taped and shipped with no issue, another time I asked about medium boxes and she gave me a rude and snappy response "well if you can't read where it says medium boxes, there's an issue" even though my question was if they had anymore in the back. Just awful.

Did not receive my package today, also on top of that the website is down worst shipping service as well made me go up to office to get a box with a $5 item. UPS an FedEx would not have these issues why should a national Post office?

Small but effective for this little town. All employees are nice and courteous.

The best in the west

2nd time I've gone in with a few questions about shipping different kinds of things where I've run into an awkward situation where they are very rude and impatient. If you go in needing a few stamps and drop off a letter, you may not run into any problems, hence the two stars, not one star. But if you have any other inquiries, it may be worth to drive to Douglasville or Carrollton. There is one lady in particular who is partly incompetent, I tell her what I need, she does something different, and then she gets very frustrated with me for her mistakes. It's important to note, I'm a relatively clear and concise individual with few to no speech impediments. She was impatient and tried to, rudely with an attitude, "move me along." A long and uncomfortable scenario.
