Everyone here handles situations differently, it just depends on who calls your number. Some workers are considerate and realistic, others are assholes and could care less.
Via phone...awesome customer service I'm out sick today and need my SS card and the lady who answered was so professional and pleasant. I'm trying to get up and get moving, I pray they are as nice in person as they were over the phone.
Very quick and friendly service. The officer that was working was a wonderful man. From the time I arrived, till I left, he made sure that I felt welcome. He left a wonderful impression on me. Definitely worth my time recognizing him, and his kind nature.
