Made reservation a month ahead of time. Call 3 days before pick up to conform my reservation. They told me everything would be ready when I got there. On the day of pickup, they ran out of cars and put a lady that had an appointment after me before me. I was very dissatisfied. Also had to go to another location to get a rental. Not a happy customer. 10/5/17
their "automated" answering system makes you listen to THEIR commercial OVER AND OVER again, with no way to leave a message and have them "call you back".
Thought I would try Enterprise since they are closer to my new home. I have been a loyal Hertz customer for 15 years. So I went online found the car I wanted for a great price confirmed my reservation, only to have the location call the next morning to say "Their policy is to let customers know all reservations are tentative." When I inquired for how long I was until the car is rented. ???? Is this a Jerry Seinfield episode? You can take a reservation but you can't hold the reservation? Back to Hertz I go.
Easy to reserve vehicle. Convenient and very friendly. The mini van I rented was very nice. Would definitely recommend!
i went out of my way to change from Hertz to enterprise because of location, i may have made a mistake. "simply treat our customers the way they should be treated. thank you enterprise - 15 minutes and still on hold.......
