The new phone system sucks please go back to old system takes twice as long to check balance and it breaks up terrivly

Tried to see a loan officer today 10/08/2011. There was not one working.
They are not student friendly. They switched my account from student to non-student without any notice. They charged me over $100 in fees. Withdrawing my money and closing my account.
I absolutely love this bank. Me and my husband have been there over 25 years. Friendly staff. They have always been helpful to me.
